1. Return Window

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

To start a return, contact us at support@growzeuig.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
Include original tags, packaging, labels, and accessories where applicable
Be free from stains, odors, pet hair, damage, or signs of wear
Be accompanied by proof of purchase, such as an order number or confirmation email

3. Kids’ Clothing Return Conditions

For hygiene and safety reasons, kids’ clothing must be returned in clean, unused, unworn, and unwashed condition.

Kids’ sleepwear, underwear-style items, and hygiene-sensitive products may be refused if they are worn, washed, damaged, missing tags, or not in their original condition.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Returns may be refused for:

Items returned after the return window
Used, worn, washed, altered, stained, or damaged items
Items missing original tags or packaging
Personalized or custom-made items
Final sale items are clearly marked as non-returnable
Gift cards
Items not purchased from Growzeuig
Items returned without authorization

This section does not limit any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law.

5. How to Request a Return

To request a return, email support@growzeuig.com with:

Your order number
Your full name
The item you want to return
The reason for the return
Photos of the item are damaged, defective, or incorrect

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Please do not send any item back without authorization.

6. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.

We do not charge a restocking fee for approved returns.

8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible at support@growzeuig.com.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and issue.

If the issue is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, refund, or return instructions.

9. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

10. Original Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, a defective item, an incorrect item, or applicable law requires otherwise.

11. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size, color, or item, you may return the eligible item under this policy and place a new order.

12. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.

If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to cancel it. If the order has already shipped, the return process will apply after delivery.
